Position:
Cathexes Architecture is looking for an architectural professional to play a hand in leading the architectural discourse of this region. Your responsibilities will include working with consultants and architects/project managers to coordinate and assemble construction documents and specifications. Other responsibilities include graphic presentations/renderings overall accountability to others within your team, and being committed to something greater than yourself!
Requirements:
- Min. three years of experience in commercial design, residential design, and project management.
- Advanced level of competency with Revit is a must.
- Competency in Adobe suite [Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design].
- You must maintain the ability to have a good time, laugh at yourself as well as others.
- Good organizational, time management and communication skills with clients & coworkers.
Licensure/Education:
Candidate for registration having completed required internships and received either a B-Arch/M-Arch from an NAAB accredited architectural school preferred.
Position:
Cathexes Architecture is looking for an entry level architectural intern to play a hand in leading the architectural discourse of this region. Your responsibilities include providing design, graphics, and construction documents support to architects/project managers while working with clients and consultants to take design ideas from conception through a construction documents phase for submittal. Other responsibilities include material research, office graphics, overall accountability to others within your team, and being committed to something greater than yourself!
Requirements:
- Demonstrated min. three years of experience with Revit
- Demonstrated competency in additional software. [ex. Rhino/V-ray, Maya…]
- Demonstrated advanced competency in Adobe suite [Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design, Premiere].
- You must maintain the ability to have a good time, laugh at yourself as well as others.
- Good organizational, time management and communication skills with clients & coworkers.
Licensure/Education:
Candidate for or currently enrolled in IDP and received either a B-Arch/M-Arch from an NAAB accredited architectural school.
Position:
Cathexes Architecture is looking for an experienced architectural professional to play a hand in leading the architectural discourse of this region.
Your responsibilities will include managing clients, consultants & internal support staff while working with other quality architects to take design ideas from conception through construction completion. Other responsibilities include project budgeting, scheduling, overall accountability for the project (that means you), and being committed to something greater than yourself!
Requirements:
- Min. 8 years of experience in commercial design, residential design & project management with Revit is a must.
- Competency in Adobe suite preferred [Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design].
- You must maintain the ability to have a good time, laugh at yourself as well as others.
- Good organizational, time management and communication skills with clients & coworkers.
Licensure/Education:
NCARB or NSBAIDRD licensed professional

Candidate for registration having completed required internships and received either a B-Arch/M-Arch from an NAAB accredited architectural school.
