In our continued commitment to supporting our clients in their endeavor to increase the well-being of senior residents in Northern Nevada, we are embarking on a transformative journey for a local senior housing facility without displacing a single occupant. This project entails converting the existing facility from dormitory-style 4-bed units to 208 individual units, offering enhanced privacy and comfort. 

Our primary goal is to create a haven that residents can genuinely call their own, complete with upgraded amenities and facilities that elevate their quality of life.
