Tahoe Beach Club

Built: TBD

Location: Stateline, Nevada

Tahoe Beach Club consists of 140 residential units on 19.63 acres located on the shore of Lake Tahoe.

Water quality improvements include the restoration of four acres of stream environment zone associated with the meadow adjacent to Burke Creek.  The site has 217 feet of lake frontage, and is bordered on the north by US Forest Service lands, including the Nevada State Beach day use area and campground. The project beach intends to blend with these public amenities and include beach access with a shallow gradient ideal for swimming.  Pathways and view corridors are maintained from the residential and recreational components to the Lake.

The architecture evokes a classic Tahoe style lodge with stone and timber detailing. Using natural materials, the lodge and residential buildings display soft, muted tones in a variety of articulated facades. The project will seek a Silver Level rating from the US Green Building Council.
